Target Groups
There are two main Target Groups (Primary and Secondary) and their subgroups
Primary
VET teachers
The project primarily targets VET teachers by equipping them with practical methodologies and tools to integrate entrepreneurship education effectively through sports. This will enhance their teaching effectiveness, allowing them to engage students actively and adapt curricula flexibly.
VET teachers of sport
VET Teachers of Sport are targeted explicitly by AthletiLearn to enhance their capacity to integrate entrepreneurial education directly into sport activities. By equipping them with specialized methodologies and practical tools, the project aims to broaden their understanding of how sport-based activities can effectively deliver entrepreneurship education, thus expanding the educational impact of their existing sports programs and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration within VET institutions
VET students aged 16-25
VET students constitute a key beneficiary group, receiving entrepreneurial education integrated with sports activities. This innovative approach aims to boost their motivation, improve entrepreneurial competencies, and significantly enhance their employability and potential for entrepreneurship.
Secondary
Diverse group of participants
This group includes school directors, educational and youth organizations, local authorities, youth unions, sports associations, NGOs, and community stakeholders. They play a crucial supportive role, facilitating the project’s broader acceptance, sustainability, and long-term impact through active engagement and promotion within their networks.
